Know Thy Body: Urine Output

As I listened to Doctor Najeeb, I took some notes I would like to share with my Superhuman community:

The topic is Urine.
The question is : How much Urine should a person normally pass per day?

The minimum Urine output daily should be 500 ml (milliliters) per day which is 0.5 liters per day. If the output is below this, it is called Oliguria.
Oliguria is the low output of urine, It is clinically classified as an output below 300-500ml/day.
The maximum Urine output daily should be about 3,500 ml per day which is 3.5 liters a day. If the output is above this, it is called Polyuria.
Polyuria is a condition usually defined as excessive or abnormally large production and/or passage[1] of urine (at least 2.5[2] or 3[3] L over 24 hours in adults)
