Captain America: Is it Possible to have a Hollywood Body Transformation in 6-12 Weeks?

With Thor and Captain America lighting up the big screen this summer people are always fascinated by the transformations these actors go through to play strong and cut comic book characters. The workouts and trainers become famous for transforming these guys into walking specimens of muscle and are featured in magazines and television. How do I get a Thor Body probably popped up right after the first images of a vastly beefed up pic of Chris Hemsworth hit the net. These workouts were preceded by the 300 and Spartacus programs used to turn the actors into lean and muscular warriors which have dominated fitness magazines the past few years. Now the reality is that inorder to achieve the same results these guys you have to be prepared for intensive workouts, perfect nutrition and supplements. These guys have the advantage of having world reknowned trainers and 6-7 figure salaries as incentive to stay on strict programs to make these breathtaking transformations.
Now the average joe can definitely make these incredible gains ,but remember that for the most part guys who are chosen for these roles are pretty much in shape already and are looking to add major muscle while maintaining minimal fat gain. So this is not for the Jack Blacks of the fitness spectrum because if you are overweight with massive bellyfat this is not the program for you at this time.

But if you are in decent shape and are looking to add on serious muscle and be your own version of Captain America or Thor, here are some words from the actors themselves. Just remember these are intensive weightlifting programs combined with HITT training to burn off any fat gained with the intake of massive amounts of food to help with muscle growth.

“I’m pretty skinny naturally,” he said. “So for the most part, when I try to get big, I have to eat everything. And that’s tough, oddly enough, when you just don’t want to eat food, you’re just full, but you have to eat another piece of chicken, you have to. It’s the worst.”

“The workouts were exhausting,” Evans continued. “It’s the workouts that, you know, make you want to vomit. It’s horrible. You try to think of any way to get out of it before you go. And you’re just so glad when you’re done.”
