Geek to Freak workout routine by Tim Ferris


Today failure is acceptable… No not failing as in cheating on your diet. I’m talking about doing reps until failure, until your body (not your mind) completely gives up. Here’s the punishment courtesy of Timothy Ferris:

Pullover
Yates Bent Row
Shoulder-Width Leg Press
Pec-Deck
Weighted Dips
Leg Curl
Reverse Thick-Bar Curl
Seated Calf Raises
Manual Neck Resistance
Machine Crunches

All routines should be done 1 set, rep until complete failure…
